Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage the Quality and Reliability department in Siliconix Taiwan to assure excellence in raw materials, assembly, testing, and final product shipment to meet quality goals.領導台灣Siliconix 品質與可靠度部門，確保從原物料、組裝、測試到最終成品出貨的各個環節皆展現卓越績效，達成品質目標。
- Manage the QRA team to perform quality activities effectively and achieve departmental KPIs. 管理並帶領 QRA 團隊高效執行各項品質活動，以達成部門關鍵績效指標。
- Interpret Q&R specifications and implement in-process monitoring to consistently meet quality goals.解讀品質與可靠度 (Q&R) 規格，並於製程中落實監控機制，以穩定達成品質目標。
- Manage Reliability/Quality plans and monitoring programs to ensure consistent alignment with corporate QRA objectives. 統籌管理品質與可靠度計畫及其監測方案，確保執行細節符合 QRA 部門之核心目標
- Deploy quality programs (e.g., TQM, 6 Sigma) with manufacturing to promote a company-wide quality culture.在製造端導入並推動全公司性質的品質計畫（如 TQM、6 Sigma 等），藉此深化企業整體的品質文化。.

What you will bring along:
- 10-12+ years in semiconductor and at least 5 years at supervisory of QRA 具備 10 至 12 年以上半導體產業經驗

- Proficiency in English. 精通英語
- Bachelor or Master degree in EE / ME /IE or relative fields.
