【 仕事内容 】
10代～30代の日本国内女性の中での認知度が過去数年で8割に到達した急成長中の総合オンラインショッピングモール「Qoo10」の日本オフィスで従事していただきます。
具体的には、Marketing本部内Content Marketing Teamに所属し、LiveCommerceのコンテンツを企画・制作をメインにQoo10のコンテンツを拡大する施策をご担当いただきます。
Qoo10のユーザーターゲットに合う商品をBrand様と企画し、ライブ構成やキャスティング・演出などをディレクションします。
将来的には、LiveCommerceをQoo10のメインサービスとして成長させBrandからも、ユーザーからも自由にライブ送出ができるECプラットフォームとして構築することを目指します。
また、営業部、法務部、ファイナンス部、開発部、デザインチーム等、社内の複数の関連部署を含め、キャスティングや制作など外部事務所との連携も、同時多数発生する業務となります。
【 本ポジションの役割/職務内容 】
・LiveCommerce構成企画
・LiveCommerce番組の編成＆プロモーション
・Design team&CategoryManagement team等複数の組織と調整コミュニケーション
・Live撮影の現場ディレクション
【 必須要件/スキル 】
・社会人経験５年以上
・以下３点のいずれか１点の経験を有すること：
①Z世代女性をターゲットとした、コスメまたはZ世代女性向けファッションのライブコマース経験1年以上
①Z世代女性をターゲットとした、コスメまたはZ世代女性向けファッションのオンラインキャンペーン経験1年以上
③EC業界でのマーケティング業務経験2年以上
【 あると望ましい要件/スキル 】
・SNSチャンネル運用又はインフルエンサーマーケティングの経験のある方（1年以上あると望ましい）
・映像メディア企画や制作、制作プログラムの使用経験のある方（1年以上あると望ましい）
・10~20代トレンドについて理解度が高い方（書類審査の段階で審査させていただきます。応募書類にてアピールしていただけると助かります）

・週2日在宅勤務・週3日オフィス勤務となります。未就学児のお子様がいる場合は、一定の条件下で週3日在宅勤務が可能です。フルリモート勤務オプションはありませんので、ご注意ください。
・遠方にお住いの方は東京オフィス近郊に転居が必要となります（転居費用自己負担）。
・時差出勤制度を導入しています。始業時間7:00～10:00、終業時間16:00～19:00の間で毎日に選択できます。
・ 副業は許可されていないのでご注意ください。
・選考対象は現在日本国内在住の方のみとさせていただいております。
・外国籍の場合、就労資格を既にお持ちの方に限らせていただきます。就労資格を確認させていただきます。
・入社の際はバックグラウンドチェックを受けていただきます。
