What You’ll Do
-    Build and maintain dynamic financial models, forecasts, and budgets that guide key business decisions.
-    Dive deep into variance analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
-    Create compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
-    Review and approve sales orders, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
-    Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.
-    Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and uphold compliance with accounting standards.
-    Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to streamline order processing and ensure financial alignment.
-    Assist in preparing financial statements and support audits with confidence and clarity.
-    Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to keep our financial reporting sharp and future-ready.
 
What You Bring
-    A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus!)
-    Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong grasp of accounting principles and reporting standards
-    Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
-    Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems like NetSuite or Oracle
-    Familiarity with ERP software and/or Tableau is preferred
-    Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
-    Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal
-    A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy
-    The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
