We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Senior Manager of Customer Marketing (APAC) to take our customer engagement to the next level driving growth, retention, and advocacy across strategic accounts.

This role will be the primary Customer Marketing partner within the region, with a focus on some of the most important accounts in the automotive and other embedded technology sectors in key markets (especially China, India, Japan, S. Korea). Working hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Marketing, you’ll design and execute mid- and long-term go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to our named accounts — high-value customers and key strategic growth opportunities for QNX.

Though your primary focus will be wider APAC region, your efforts will contribute globally, as many of our customers operate on an international scale. This is a senior, relationship-driven role requiring comfort in customer-facing environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Co-own strategic account planning with regional Sales leadership for top APAC accounts.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs tailored to specific business problems, product interests, and growth potential of key accounts
  • Lead and support customer engagement programs like Tech Days, on-site workshops, and executive briefings to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Relay voice-of-customer insights to Product Marketing and Product Management.
  • Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Product and other Marketing functions.
  • Grow awareness and engagement by positioning QNX as a leader in foundational software at select industry events.
  • Contribute to global Customer Marketing best practices and process evolution.
  • Customize communications and messaging per account to ensure relevance, resonance, and results.
  • Contribute to global internal alignment, ensuring customer strategies work seamlessly across regions.

You will have:

  • Proven mid-level experience in B2B marketing or GTM roles, with a focus on automotive and embedded systems.
  • Proven experience working closely with Sales and engaging senior customer stakeholders.
  • Understanding of account-based marketing and strategic account planning.
  • Experience operating in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities across stakeholder groups.
  • Passionate about building relationships and translating customer needs into actionable marketing strategies.
  • A proactive self-starter with a growth mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct business (written and verbal) in English and Japanese; additional relevant APAC languages a huge plus.
