TITLE: QNX/Linux Software Integration Engineer
DUTIES: Integrate features and software for FCA US LLC’s vehicles; function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the software integration and testing department in Stellantis’s Software (SWX) organization; propose solutions and solve complex problems at the process level when dealing with integrating vehicle software based on the QNX and Linux platforms, including software that deals with infotainment and telematics; integrate features and services with the underlying base software consisting of board drivers, hypervisor, open-source Linux system, and other middleware; set strategies and execution plans for building baselines for developers, supplier release testing, and integration testing.
Preferred QualificationsREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical or Computer Engineering and 7 years of experience in job offered or related position with embedded automotive software. Experience must include: Using embedded Linux software for automotive application, including any of the following application areas: Instrument Cluster, infotainment, multimedia,
navigation, and firmware over the air (FOTA); experience with automated build and test automation systems; experience with continuous integration systems and ALM tools and script automation; experience with hardware interfaces including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet, Bluetooth, USB); 3 years of experience in software integration in Yocto build system; 4 years of experience in software integration in the Linux environment; and 4 years of experience in the infotainment domain.
