Are you the person we are looking for?
As the Director of Core Product Engineering Operations, you will be contributing directly to the vision, and implementation of end-to-end product delivery and optimization strategies. This is a brand new role, where you will be building out a new team, reporting directly to the VP, Core Product Engineering and being an integral part of the Engineering leadership team.

In this cross-functional role, you will:
- Work as a strategic information conduit from Product Management to Core Product Engineering
- Drive operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure inter-domain communication flow and information share
- Contribute to overarching process improvements and delivery metrics
- Coordinate with project teams ensuring delivery accuracy, traceability, quality and product features
- Coordinate with the multiple development organizations, and our development operations on norms and standardization of tooling and strategy therein
- Represent the Core Product Engineering Organization, and the products developed, as part of marketing and sales efforts
- Collect and articulate data points as they relate to the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Provide data driven feedback and guidance for improving the SDLC
You will have extensive experience in:
- Driving communication effectively & efficiently throughout an entire development organization
- Product/Program and Project management
- Thought leadership and team direction, demonstrating strong stakeholder management
- Operational efficiency management in large software development teams
- Functional Safety and Cybersecurity Software Development Lifecycle management
- Creative problem solving, demonstrating accomplished resilience & influencing skills
- Requirements management tooling (JAMA/DOORS/Enterprise Architect)
- Data analysis and modeling
- Driving accountability throughout a cross-functional software development organization
