We are looking for a Deployment Team Lead, to join the leadership team of professional services and lead the technical engineers.
Our Product, Dot Compliance Suite, is a leading quality management solution for the life science industry.
As a Salesforce project manager, the candidate will lead end-to-end custom Salesforce projects, ensuring successful deployment and configuration of eQMS solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. The candidate will be working in collaboration with product, R&D, Support, and customer success teams and with the customers.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce administration and custom configuration, a passion for learning about new technologies, and a dynamic, fast-paced approach to project management. They should thrive in a challenging environment and bring creative problem-solving skills to the role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage custom Salesforce projects and tailored solutions for out-of-the-box implementations.
- Translate business requirements into configuration specifications.
- Utilize Salesforce configuration tools to implement customer requirements within the DOT Compliance system.
- Oversee the deployment of configurations and customizations across customer organizations.
- Conduct and manage system performance testing and validation.
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in Salesforce platform application configuration.
- Proven expertise in managing customers facing Salesforce deployment projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Self-motivated learners with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Relevant degree from a recognized university or college.
