Its members are dedicated to making sure our suppliers, processes, products, and systems are all following top notch quality guidelines, to ensure the best experience for our clients.

We are looking for a bright QMS Manager to join the Quality team.

The position:

To facilitate the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, processes harmonization and promoting a culture of quality excellence.

Responsibilities:

QMS & Traceability implementation : 

  • Manage a project to choose the future QMS software to be deployed into the Group. 
  • Be the lead to deploy modules of this new QMS software in 6 sites of production & warehouse. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow the implementation of the traceability software. 

Training and Awareness:

  • Conduct training sessions to train and educate employees on QMS functions, principles, procedures, and requirements.
  • Promote awareness of quality processes and the importance of compliance with QMS standards.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to address specific QMS topics and challenges.

Documentation Management:

  • Oversee the documentation of Industry Division (including QMS) as procedures, work instructions, forms, and records (in a PDM).
  • Establish document control processes to ensure the accuracy, availability, and integrity of documentation.
  • Monitor changes to standards and regulations and request documentation update accordingly.

Internal Audits, compliance and continuous improvement: 

  • In link with the Quality Product & Process Dept, coordinate internal audits of QMS & Traceability processes to assess compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Track and monitor corrective and preventive actions resulting from internal audits. 
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of QMS processes. 

External certification and accreditation:

  • Support the organization in maintaining and renewing QMS certifications and accreditations by certification bodies.
  • Be the main contact of the WEEE program for compliance with the requirements and monthly declarations requested.

The candidate:

  • Master degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred. Strong understanding of quality management principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • English fluent.
  • Proven experience in quality management system implementation and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in conducting internal audits and root cause analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving positive change and achieving results.
