As a QMS Engineer, you'll make an impact in ensuring manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards by designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance within the quality management systems (QMS).

  • Oversee effective implementation of Quality Management System throughout the company, including plant accreditations.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Liaise and communicate with accreditation body regarding information required for preparation of 3rd party audit.
  • Host Quality System audits by 3rd party auditors.
  • Assist and support customer audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assisting in addressing any findings or observations.
  • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for the plant.
  • Review Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and deploy requirement to related dept and auditors.
  • Coordinate and consolidate customer audit checklist and document review per customer’s request.
  • Plan, organize and manage the plant internal audit program and the corrective action reporting system.
  • Conduct Quality Systems / Process audits and guide / train other auditors during internal audit.
  • Write reports and present audit findings from internal audit and customer audit to stakeholders during audit meetings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve QMS issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and mitigate risks.
  • Follow up on all open ARs and CA from AR and customer audit findings until effective closure.
  • Identify the opportunity and support QMS-related activities, improvement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
