Job DescriptionThe following activities needs to be reviewed by a QMPP Senior or Quality Team Leader. Ensure compliance with customer requirements such as IATF, PPAP, APQP, 8D, Failure Analysis reports, etc. Participates in maintaining good customer relationship exercising effective communication. To coordinate all activities before and after SOP related to customer requirements ensuring customer satisfaction and green scorecard (quality/logistics) within plant level. Drive escalation to BU, R&D or other central function (if needed).
Ensure awareness of customer quality requirements and proactively progress toward achievement throughout the organization:
- Communicate general customer topics to core teams
- Medium/Advanced knowledge of customer tools and processes
- Asses the correct implementation of the General Customer Requirements
- 'Task Force coordination for root cause analysis (8D/A3), ICAs definition, corrective and preventive actions implementation/follow up on 0km, warranty and production parts.
- Control and surveillance of customer portal and status.
- Supports the warranty management activities and escalations
- Communication of customer rejects and special requirements within the plant and BU.
- Responsible to create and keep the Control Plans and PFMEA updated.
- To implement and/or lead improvement projects.
- Leads Read Across process, Best practices for customer lines.
- To complete the 8D on CQTS complying with the defined timing.
- To perform LPA audits
- To check and keep updated the QMS with the latest customer requirements and standard requirements.
- To lead customer audits by looking for full compliance.
- Ensure the product release with customer complying the highest quality satisfaction (PPAP, APQP, assessments, etc.)
- Supervised customer communication.
- Enables and becomes a quality culture promoter through deployment and read across of LLs (lessons learned) Benchmarking across Focus Factories and sister Continental locations.
- Adherence to customer specific requirements (QSB, CQI-14, etc.)
- Supports in all Customer internal/external audits and assessments.
- Bachelor's degree: Industrial Eng., Electronics or similar
- Experience working with Ford as a client and managing its portals (preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-focused quality assurance role and with new product launches.

Skills Required
