The White Lab is looking to hire Research Assistants to perform research in quantitative ecology,
including identifying problems in detail; recording, analyzing and tabulating data obtained;
recommending solutions where required; and reporting or publishing final results as well as
other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities/Duties:

These positions will gather research data on campus, at on-site locations, or in the laboratory.

  • Assemble, organize, record, analyze and tabulate research data, relating to other work done in the field, as appropriate

  • Write code to conduct data wrangling and analyses

  • Prepare recommendations for solutions of problems or other research findings in written form, either as formalized reports to supervisor or through publishing of results

  • Collaborate with other team members on various lab projects

Requirements:

  • Three years of experience related to the area of research. Detailed, responsible, adaptable individual, able to work as a member of the team and independently. In a lab as well as field environments

Compensation Pay Range:

$30.00/Hour
