How you’ll make an impact

1.You will handle customer complaints throughout the entire process, organizing, coordinating, and following up to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner, thereby satisfying customers and meeting CCRP KPIs.
2.You will organize root cause analysis of customer complaints, and track and drive the implementation of improvement and preventive measures.
3.You will organize root cause analysis for quality issues reported from site service, and drive relevant functions to deliver improvements.
4.You will coordinate with related departments to prepare external analysis reports, and complete analysis reports with the support of other departments when the responsible department for a given case is unclear.
5.You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1.At least 3 years working experience in electrical manufacturing industry, good reporting skills
2.Experience in GIS design or commissioning is preferred/Fluent writing and oral in english(GIS experience preferred)
