Job Summary**
The QHSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, environmental, and quality standards and procedures on Primoris Services Corporation project sites, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
Job Responsibilities**
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues regarding QHSE standards.
* Develop, implement, and review site-specific QHSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
* Lead and participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of corrective and preventive actions.
* Provide QHSE training and orientation to employees and contractors, ensuring understanding and adherence to policies and procedures.
* Monitor and track QHSE performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
* Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are obtained and maintained for project activities.
* Collaborate with project management, operations, and other stakeholders to integrate QHSE considerations into all project phases.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date QHSE documentation and records.
* Promote a strong safety culture through active engagement, coaching, and positive reinforcement.
* Stay informed about changes in QHSE regulations and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dedicated QHSE role within the construction, industrial, or energy sectors.
* Certified Safety Professional (CSP), OSHA 30-Hour, or equivalent certifications preferred.
* Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local QHSE regulations.
* Proficient in conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
