This position is responsible to provide administrative support to QHSE Department.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities & Authorities
- Monthly data preparation (BSD & Balikpapan) for HSE Performance Report to the clients.
- Collecting evidence and/or data for Audit Report before presented to the clients.
- Generating QHSE monthly report from QHSE Supervisor including ESG report.
- Data preparation for CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) audit.
- Perform data entry for SOC card from field to Intelex.
- Handling and monitoring all environmental permits to ensure the validity is up to date
- Maintaining workshop supporting equipment certification validity is up to date
- Prepare and manage QHSE monthly meetings for employee
- Prepare and manage Entry Permit that requested by management or customer
- Other duties and responsibilities as designated by supervisor
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree from Engineering major
- Minimum 1 year’ experience as QHSE in relevant industry
Competencies:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Has the knowledge in Oilfield Safety practices
Familiar with QMS, HSEMS and CSMS
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication skills
Skills Required
