Job DescriptionJob Summary:
The Quality Engineering professional is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role focuses on preventing defects through process improvement, risk assessment, and quality planning, while also verifying compliance through audits, testing, and continuous monitoring.
The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality tools, analyze root causes of nonconformities, and drive corrective and preventive actions. By applying engineering principles, industry standards, and continuous improvement methodologies, the Quality Engineer supports operational excellence, product reliability, and customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
Quality Engineering:
Quality tools Understanding:FMEA, Control Plan, MSA,7 QC Tools (Fishbone, Pareto, Histogram, dll)
Data analysis & problem solving through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience in handling internal audit & follow up the finding strictly .
Experience in making and manage SOP,WI & Quality data
Able to use microsoft office / Google Sheets (pivot, data analysis)
Soft Skill:
Detail-oriented and has high accuracy
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills for coordination with production, engineering, and management teams
Able to work independently and in a team
Has a continuous improvement mindset
Able to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant major
