What You'll Be Doing
- Perform quality control testing on ready mix concrete, aggregates, and related materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collect, document, and maintain accurate test results and quality records.
- Monitor production processes and communicate quality concerns to operations teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting product performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that promote quality, safety, and operational excellence.

- Demonstrated ability to perform material testing, analysis, and quality evaluations accurately.
- Knowledge of concrete, aggregate, construction materials, or related manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with plant personnel, customers, and project teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in both laboratory and outdoor plant environments.
- Regular exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
- May require standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical testing activities throughout the workday.
- Travel between plants, job sites, and customer locations may be required.
