In this role you will be working in a team of young and energic colleagues, who will always be ready to support your main purpose at Sandoz: overseeing quality and timely execution of analyses to ensure smooth customer services. We are seeking a QC Specialist II Biosimilars (d/f/m) who will be responsible for independent and complex expertise in the analytical field in order to ensure regulatory compliance and quality of process and products in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Ensure that all activities are following current good practice (cGxP), including data integrity. Perform Quality Control (QC) oversight activities.
- Review, verification and approval of laboratory records and results.
- Active participation in coordination of department's priorities.
- Support during the implementation of new analytical methods and techniques.
- Responsibility for the validation, transfer and management of issues related to analytical methods and techniques in accordance with requirements.
- Guide and support laboratory associates in their daily tasks and troubleshooting.
- Manage OOx / analytical deviations and complaints.
- Ensuring knowledge sharing with associates, training and on-boarding of new hires including required staff certifications.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in pharmacy, chemistry or any other natural science degree.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of quality, development, manufacture, or other relevant field.
- Fluent in English and proficient in local language (Slovene).
