Job Description
Job Purpose : The TSD Manager leads Specialized Testing across all platforms (HD, Mobile, and future platforms), owning end-to-end quality compliance, governance, and delivery. The role ensures scalable, reliable testing across domains such as compliance, compatibility, networking, UX, and telemetry, while building organizational capability and aligning testing strategy with business objectives.
IMPACT:
1. Ensure end-to-end quality compliance across platforms, reducing certification risks and production delays.
2. Act as single point of accountability for Specialized Testing quality outcomes across portfolio.
3. Enable cross-studio and WWQC collaboration for optimal resource utilization and predictable delivery.
4. Establish governance frameworks, benchmarks, and quality standards across testing functions.
5. Drive early risk identification and mitigation, preventing late-stage issues and rework.
6. Build a future-ready testing organization through capability development and team engagement.
7. Break silos across HD and Mobile testing, enabling scalable processes and efficiencies.
