We are currently looking to recruit a Lab Analyst to join our award-winning business at our Birkenhead site.

Reporting to the Production Manager in Birkenhead, the Lab Analyst will conduct tests and inspections of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. This role is responsible for QC testing all products manufactured from the Birkenhead site before they are released for sale and the creation of documents required for QC releases.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prepares installation and test validation procedures/protocols to ensure product is manufactured in accordance with appropriate regulatory agency validation requirements, internal company standards and current industry practices.
  • Compiles and analyzes validation data, prepares reports and makes recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
  • Responsible for investigating and troubleshooting problems, to determine solutions.
  • Maintains validation documentation and files.

About you:

  • You will possess a degree in Chemistry / Chemical engineering or similar.
  • Previous lab experience is desirable.
  • High attention to detail.
