Job Purpose:
- The QAQC Associate is responsible for completing inspection reports and maintaining accurate quality records in accordance with company procedures. This role involves participating in root cause investigations and supporting corrective and preventive action activities. The associate will also identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or products to ensure compliance and quality standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections to verify that products meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect incoming materials and components for compliance with specifications.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of quality records.
- Participate in root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive action activities.
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or products.
- Verify product identification and traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
- Utilize Procore to verify the functions of electrical switch gears.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance and control.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Skills and Abilities:
