■職務内容 / Job Description
PlayStationプラットフォームのシステムソフトウェア、ミドルウェア、SDK、さらにはモバイルアプリやWebアプリなどにおいて、複数のQAプロジェクトの実行管理や品質分析を担うポジションです。
本ポジションでは、テストの実施そのものではなく、複数のQAプロジェクトにおけるテスト状況やテスト対象の品質を横断的に可視化し、分析・支援する役割を担っていただきます。
これまでのご経験やスキルセットに応じて、下記のいずれかの領域を担当していただくことを想定しています。
① プロジェクトマネジメント（PMO）
・複数のQAプロジェクトを横断的に支援し、進捗・課題・リスクを管理
・プロジェクトの円滑な遂行に向けた情報整理・報告・改善提案
・開発チームとQAチーム間の調整、国内外のステークホルダーとの連携
② 品質分析（QAアナリスト）
・ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）における品質データ（テスト結果、バグレポート、ユーザーの声など）の収集・可視化・分析
・分析結果に基づく、QA・開発チームへのインサイト提供と意思決定支援
・品質向上施策の立案・推進、および分析手法・ツールの導入と運用

【必須（MUST）】
・プロジェクトマネジメント、またはデータ分析の実務経験（3年以上）
▼語学力（英語）
・TOEIC 650以上が目安
・英語によるコミュニケーションに意欲的に取り組める方（メール、電話会議、海外出張）
・英語で記述された技術資料の読解が可能な方
▼語学力（日本語）
普段の業務は日本語のため、日本語によるコミュニケーションスキルが必須
【歓迎（WANT）】
・ソフトウェア開発またはQAの実務経験
・複数プロジェクトを横断的に管理した経験
・品質評価・品質保証に関する知識
