Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a QA Trainee. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC processes, and programming fundamentals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a professional IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in testing web and/or application-based software.
- Understand project requirements and create basic test cases.
- Execute test cases and report bugs/issues clearly.
- Support the team in functional and regression testing.
- Work closely with developers and senior QA members.
- Follow SDLC and testing processes as per project standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related stream.
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Basic programming knowledge in Java.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Optional):
- Knowledge of manual testing tools or bug tracking tools.
- Basic understanding of databases or SQL.
