Responsibilities
Focus on understanding the complete application, its purpose and workflows
Develop test plan & cases in timely manner for each feature, ensure review of test plan & cases, test results with Business, Product and Technology teams
Develop / enhance the automation scripts in-sprint to ensure that automation scripts are upto date
Maintain close coordination with the team members to ensure quick movement of testing
Create and maintain performance scripts and ensure testing is periodically done
Communicate to the team and leadership promptly on any issues
Ensure proper tracking of all defects both prod and non-prod
Ensure prompt participation in agile ceremonies
Train the engineers to also update the test scripts
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Technology skillset required: Core Java, C#, Automation (Selenium, TestNG, Nunit), BDD, TDD, Python, Git, and OpenShift

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong time and project management skills.
Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM.
Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example
Required Experience & Education:
College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
4 to 7 years of experience with 1-3 years automation development experience working in a large corporate environment
Desired Experience:
Experience working in an Agile framework.
Technology skillset: Cucumber, Mainframe and JAVA
