- Identify and mitigate integration risks across subsystems
- Ensure robustness in real-world deployment conditions
- Actively participate in test design, execution, and defect analysis
- Troubleshoot complex system-level issues spanning software, hardware, and infrastructure
- Support field teams in diagnosing and resolving client-site issues
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Software QC team
- Drive development of automated test frameworks (API, UI, system-level)
- Implement CI/CD quality gates and test pipelines
