Join our Novartis team and lead the global TRD QA team, overseeing third-party partnerships from onboarding through the entire life-cycle, while fostering strong intracompany relationships for TRD.
Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Oversee and manage third-party relationships utilized by TRD, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Foster and maintain strong intracompany relationships between TRD sites and other Novartis functions/sites to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Support BD&L projects (M&A, in-licensing), including managing integration activities related to third-party partnerships.
- Contribute to global initiatives, processes, and systems focused on third-party management and strengthening intracompany relationships.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or a related field, with 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality or operations.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written); proficiency in German is desirable.
- Proven people people management and leadership skills.
- Strong skills in critical negotiations and functional breadth.
- Proven experience in project management and vendor management.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is €77,543.90/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
