Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance.
The work model for the role is: {onsite}

This role is contributing to the {EL-ELDS-DSSWPAIS: MV primary AIS} in {Xiamen, China}. Main stakeholders are {ELDS}.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Supporting specific communication relevant to quality management in your area of responsibility.

  • Assisting in continuously identifying and addressing risks and opportunities related to quality management in the local organization.

  • Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.

  • Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.

TQMS (ISO9001, ISO11012, GB/T27922, Nuclear Power QA etc.) document preparation and maintenance

  • Support to setup, review, update and improve procedures, work instructions and forms for workflows.

  • Review, approve and release in TQMS System Tool and ensure no misuse of the document.

Conduct/coordinate internal, customer, third party TQMS audits timely and effectively.

  • Coordinate with third-party auditing units, customers and internally to fix audit schedules

  • Prepare/update internal audit checklists, training to internal auditors. Prepare for external audits.

  • Conduct the internal audits, coordinate external audits according to the audit schedules.

  • Coordinate Manager QCT(Quality Check Tour) and product/process audits if required.

  • Record, peport, assign and follow up NCRs from various audits timely and effectively.

Provide good supports for project bidding, pre-qualifications, project/product certifications.

  • Prepare project quality plan, ITP and other document according to project, bidding requirements

  • Coordinate the application/implementation of project/product certifications based on business requirements

Well coordinate and prepare for TQMS Management Review. Finish the reports and follow up the action items.

Other quality assurance activities according to the QA plan and other tasks assigned by QD/QA Managers

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor degree

  • Above 5 years working experience in quality assurance, quality management or relevant functions.

  • Excellent knowledge on quality management and  ISO9001

  • quality engineer certificate or with equivalent knowledge and skill

  • Good auditing skills and good communication skill, systematic thinking and planning to optimize workflow.

  • 6 Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.

  • Fluent spoken and written English  

  • Ready to take responsibilities. Work with passions, diligence and cautiousness.  Continuous learning and ready to share.  Excellent team cooperation
