The QA Specialist is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the ICT solution by verifying technical and/or functional requirements. The core responsibilities of the role include: identifying the types of tests to be performed (units, integration, safety); designing and implementing test plans; selecting and developing techniques and tools for carrying out the tests; defining acceptance criteria for the tests to be applied; defining procedures for the analysis of results and reporting; designing and implementing defect tracking and correction procedures.
Qualifications1.01 Designs test plans and use cases
1.02 Coordinates with the manager regarding the organization and execution of testing activities
1.03 Designs and develops scripts for the execution of automatic tests, in accordance with the indications received from the area manager
1.04 Carry out a careful analysis aimed at identifying, recording and documenting the bugs detected and resolved
1.05 Takes charge of regression testing activities when the bugs are resolved
1.06 Adopts an approach aimed at deep understanding of processes and technologies in order to return the software (and the related user experience) in optimal conditions
1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improvement of effectiveness/efficiency of its Responsibilities
1.08 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation both to process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.09 Adopts significant and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
