What You’ll Do on a Typical Day
- Lead QA Automation and Load test team and their strategy
- Centre of Excellence for automation practices
- Help in hiring and onboarding of newcomers
- Contribute to the deployment of features
- Monitor the platform
- Proposing new ideas to enhance quality
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Real desire to master new technologies
- Proven experience as a QA Management
- Proven experience in Load testing and E2E automation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and regression testing
- Experience in software development is a plus
- Experience in the travel and expense industry is a plus
- English: fluent (multicultural and international team)
