QA/QC Manager | Cross Country Pipeline Projects | Saudi Arabia
We are hiring for QA/QC Manager for Cross Country Pipeline Projects.
QA Manager (ARAMCO SAP No Preferred).
University Degree Mechanical Background Minimum 10 years Inspection / QA/QC experience in oil and GAS.
He should be aware of all Saudi Aramco and International standards, Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 and Certified lead Auditor.
2. Prepare, review and approval of project Quality Plan. Procedures, Audit Plan, ITP’s etc.
3. He should be well familiar with implementation, monitoring, control of Quality Process and functions during the project execution till mechanical completion and hand over to client.
4. Overall responsible for the quality assurance and control activities on the project should ensure developing, implementation of quality control procedures, work instructions, inspection and testing plans, close coordination with Customer’s representative at site, liaise and assist project quality control manager for project quality control matters.
5. Assigning quality control personnel to various areas of activity.
6. Monitor day to day cases of GAS’s quality issues, and project complaints in accordance with the approved quality plan.
7. Prepare and Review as necessary, quality control related procedure.
8. Oversee the daily content and consistency of subordinate inspector’s daily inspections logbooks and various Quality Records. Controlling of Nonconformance on Job site.
9. Prepare the project quality management report, inspection testing Plans checklists etc.
10. Ensure overall QMS of project and well established, monitor and Control.
11. Issue of Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, ITP, Forms.
12. Review of Inspection reports and related nonconformance reports.
13. Evaluation of supplier / sub-supplier quality system.
14. Prepare the audit plan, implementation of planned audits within system and sub-contractor,
15. Prepare and Implementation of training Program, monthly reporting.
16. Ensure the quality documents / records are collated and compiled in systematic manner.
17. Monitor and control of sub-contractors QMS for project.
Qualification: BE/BTech - Mechanical
Experience: Min. 10 Years
ARAMCO Approval preferred.
Candidate must have atleast 5 years experience in Managerial Level also Cross Country Pipeline Project experience.
Skills Required
- Bachelor of Engineering/BTech in Mechanical
- Minimum 10 years inspection / QA/QC experience in oil and gas
- At least 5 years experience at managerial level
- Cross country pipeline project experience
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco and international standards
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015
- Certified Lead Auditor
- Aramco approval / SAP number
