To join our team as a Michigan-based QA/QC Field Manager! We need a leadership professional who can oversee a team of QA/QC Specialists. who inspect commercial and industrial projects.
Scope of Role:
Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable and consistent with organization objectives.
Works under only general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Contributes to completion of specific programs and projects. Failure to obtain results or erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources.
Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field.
General knowledge of other related disciplines.
Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer/contractor contacts.
Represents organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Manage a team of QA/QC Specialists including daily schedules and performance
Provides training for QA/QC Specialists
Acts as subject matter expert for the programs QA/QC processes
Works closely with leadership on the most complex, high risk, high payoff, accounts and projects.
Work on standard work and more complex projects, especially in concert with AMs on larger projects or with engineering on new measures.
Conduct complex pre and post install inspections in person as needed
Ensures pre and post install inspections are performed on time and with proper documentation
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
8+ years relevant commercial and industrial experience with technical certifications/trainings required.
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Candidates must reside in Michigan to be considered.
Compensation Range
$76,100.00 - $114,200.00Currency
