Avanceon Limited is seeking a highly motivated QA/QC Engineer to ensure quality excellence across multi-disciplinary project activities. The role involves end-to-end quality planning, inspections, testing, commissioning support, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, client requirements, and applicable international standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all QA/QC activities including QA/QC Plans, ITPs, material receiving, inspections, and final handover.
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) aligned with ISO 9001 and client requirements.
Conduct inspections at all stages (material receipt, installation, pre-commissioning, and completion).
Witness and verify inspections, testing, commissioning, and functional checks as per approved standards and codes.
Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation including method statements, inspection records, material certifications, and handover dossiers.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and third-party inspectors to address quality issues and ensure compliance.
Monitor QA/QC performance metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance quality standards.
Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in electrical, instrumentation, and civil interface works.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and applicable international standards (IEC or equivalent).
Proven experience in inspections, testing, commissioning, and QA/QC
