Your Responsibilities:
- Understanding of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (UL, CSA, TUV, as applicable).
- Knowledge of FAI, OQA, AQL, MSA, Process Capability, PFMEA and control plans.
- 1+ years of experience in end‑to‑end process quality management, including MRB processes, nonconforming material control, incoming inspection, raw material verification, in‑process quality assurance, final product inspection, and supplier quality management. Experience ensuring process stability, compliance with specifications, and continuous improvement.
- Qualify NPI, including validation plans and documentation.
- Problem resolution, able to guide teams through systematic problem-solving processes, ensuring closure of corrective actions with measurable impact. (using structured methodologies such as A3, 8D, DMAIC, and PDCA).
- Involve managing and analyzing Quality Measurements and KBIs. These skills transform data into applicable insights, identifying performance gaps. They also implement improvement projects that enhance plant efficiency, reduce defects, and strengthen process reliability.
- Experience completing customer escape prevention strategies, driving rapid containment, leading investigations, and implementing long term corrective actions to reduce customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related field).
- Knowledge of product certifications (CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering roles electronic assemblies.
- Desired experience with engineering-driven products in industrial environments, with some exposure to low to medium volume production and high-mix manufacturing.

- Experience working in companies that follow corporate quality standards and global compliance systems.
- Intermediate to advanced English, able to participate in meetings, preparing reports, and communicating with customers or corporate teams
