Join our Global Manufacturing and Supply Services Team as QA/QC Data and Analytics Business Expert and you can help make it happen. Our mission is to ensure the successful & compliant design and implementation of Quality Digital solutions supporting the strategic transformation of Quality operations, towards simplified, standardized & digitized processes. Your job? You will be responsible for leading the quality digital transformation, managing digital projects and quality data. The scope includes all projects within the quality global function: Quality Management Systems, Quality control, Supply Chain & manufacturing as well as Analytics related projects.

Main responsibilities:

1) Design and maintain the global Quality data referential:

• Builds and maintains the Global Quality data referential, based on a deep understanding of business processes, and co builds the data model associated with the digital solutions supported quality processes with the respective BPOs & digital experts
• Analyses risks and anticipates the needs of processes and solutions changes on existing usage of the data referential
• Liaises with the BPOs, Project leads, Digital Product owners as well as Functional solution experts to ensure the referential and data model is maintained in line with state-of-the-art processes, digital solutions, or regulation driven evolutions.
• Liaises with the Sanofi Data Governance network to ensure that the Quality data referential is in line with both Sanofi and other global functions standards to guarantee overall consistency across Sanofi.
• Liaises with the Digital data architects to ensure that the referential digital implementation will allow future interoperability across systems and allow develop analytics for quality or contributes to analytics cross functions.

2) Quality Data SME for digital project:

• Supports digital project teams using Quality data to best take advantage of the Global Quality Referential, liaising with relevant Quality or digital SMEs to ensure proper knowledge transfer.
• Advises on existing and/or upcoming Global Quality referential and promotes best data usage practices & supports Quality teams’ data literacy upskilling
• Acts as Business Quality Representative for foundational Data Products to ensure compliance by design & risks & life cycle quality oversight

3) Contribution to Artificial intelligence & Data Analytics Projects:

• Act as Point of Contact for project teams in charge of data lake/data foundation, data ingestion, IA & Data Analytics project teams to support appropriate digestion and / or usage of the Quality data form source solutions
• Contributes to IA & data analytics projects by:
• Providing knowledge & expertise on the data model of various quality Core Solutions (e.g., data attributes, structure, naming convention, data mapping across systems) to facilitate final objective of the digital analytics solution.
• Using data models and data visualisation tools to sustain appropriate & accurate usage of data from source solutions

About you
 

• Experience: Significant experience in Data Management and digital projects in Pharmaceuticals QA/QC areas, with hands-on experience for QC and/or QA processes to facilitate efficiency, 5+ years of experience in data analytics, database design & modelling, data management and data governance field.
• Soft skills: Rigorous in an agile working environment, ability to communicate, deliver & report, action & result oriented.
• Technical skills: Understanding of Quality Processes, database design & modelling, data management and data governance field, experience in GXP project contexts, solid knowledge & experience of computerized systems GxP requirements & validation.
• Education: Technical/scientific education, data management, analytics
• Languages: Excellent English communication and writing
