Join us as a:
QA Project Manager China
Are you passionate about quality and ready to lead impactful GMP improvement projects for China? We're looking for a dynamic QA Project Manager to join our team and drive excellence in QA Project Management. You'll report to the QA Operations Manager and collaborate with the Program Manager, assembling your own team of experts to tackle exciting, complex projects.
Primary Objective:

Manage and execute quality GMP projects moderate to complex projects.

Ensure project success through:

Initiating: Define scope and criteria.
-
Planning: Set timelines and improve accuracy.
-
Executing: Facilitate meetings, manage resources.
-
Monitoring: Use reports, manage risks.
-
Closing: Conduct lessons learned, complete documentation.
-
Coaching: Guide other PMs.
-

Identify and recommend process improvements.
-
Manage project plans, resources, and communication.
-
Oversee quality GMP activities in manufacturing.
-
Analyze and engage stakeholders.
-
Escalate issues as needed.
-
Identify and communicate project risks.
Responsibilities:

Translate business goals into strategic and tactical plans.
-
Establish project scope and timing with Program Manager and Quality.
-
Manage resources and timelines for current and future stages.
-
Provide training and coaching.
-
Evaluate complex situations and identify solutions.
-
Ensure team meets project milestones within scope.
-
Develop and manage program plans to meet deliverables.
-
Oversee execution and delivery of Quality GMP projects.
-
Manage cross-functional timelines and ensure timely task completion.
-
Identify and address changes in project scope, budget, and timeline.
-
Participate in assessments and communicate lessons learned.
-
Document project plans, manage resources, and maintain documentation.
-
Resolve issues with functional area managers and escalate when necessary.

Deliver project updates to stakeholders.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience plus demonstrated competence, with a desired 5+ years of project management experience.
Experience:
-
Strategic and operational understanding.
-
Fluent in Dutch and English.

3-5 years in project leadership.
-
Proven team leadership.
-
Knowledge of project management principles.
-
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Critical thinking and problem-solving.

Extensive project management expertise.
