Role overviewThe QA Program Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling quality assurance programs that ensure reliable, consistent, and high-quality experiences across Muvr’s marketplace. This role focuses on preventing issues before they reach customers by building QA frameworks across operations, support, and product workflows.
This role reports to Operations or Program leadership and works cross-functionally with Ops, Product, Support, Engineering, and Analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesQA Program Design & Execution- Design and maintain QA programs for operational, customer support, and marketplace workflows.
- Define quality standards, checklists, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure QA processes are scalable across markets and teams.
- Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to identify defects, gaps, and inconsistencies.
- Analyze recurring issues, edge cases, and failure patterns.
- Surface systemic risks and quality breakdowns early.
- Partner with Operations, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Translate QA findings into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Support launches and changes with QA readiness reviews.
- Define QA metrics and track quality performance over time.
- Report trends, risks, and improvements to stakeholders.
- Measure impact of QA initiatives on customer experience and operational reliability.
- Support training, documentation, and process updates tied to quality findings.
- Help teams build quality into workflows rather than relying on rework.
- Continuously improve QA frameworks and tooling.
- 3–6+ years of experience in quality assurance, operations, program management, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail with a systems-level mindset.
- Experience designing QA frameworks or audit programs.
- Ability to analyze issues and communicate insights clearly.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, customer support, or tech-enabled services.
- Familiarity with QA metrics, audits, or compliance frameworks.
- Experience partnering with product or engineering teams.
