We believe it takes great people to create a great product. That’s why our team lives our company values, and we hire based on them, too. Since 2010, Pipedrive has been on a mission to support sales and marketing teams with easy-to-use, powerful tools that make everyday work faster and easier. Today, our cloud-based software is trusted by over 100,000 companies and used in 179 countries. We have grown from a five-person team to a truly international company of over 850+ people, representing more than 50 nationalities, with ten offices distributed across Europe and the US. In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.

We’re looking for a talented QA Analyst to join our Tallinn office. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our dynamic product and development teams to ensure the integration of quality practices across all stages of product development. As a QA Analyst at Pipedrive, you will play a crucial role in bringing accountability, defining standards, cascading OKRs, driving continuous improvement, and providing requirements for quality tooling. Your efforts will help embed a quality mindset across the organization and maintain high standards in our software.

Additionally, here is our Pipedrive R&D blog, where you can find many articles about how we develop, deploy, and test at Pipedrive. Here are a few standout articles, but there are many more to explore:

Your new adventure:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of product quality and software development processes at the organizational level
  • Select and integrate best practices in software development, quality assurance, and project management into existing workflows.
  • Engage all relevant stakeholders, including product managers, developers, QA engineers, designers, and operations teams, to ensure delivery with high-quality standards to customers
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor product quality and the quality of software development processes
  • Facilitate continuous improvement across the organization by identifying and implementing best practices and gathering feedback from all stakeholders
  • Set OKRs to guide improvement, and cascade these objectives to departments, teams, and individual members for cohesive alignment and accountability
  • Support and implement customer-centric quality assurance processes within the company
  • Perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for recurring issues
  • Develop training programs to ensure that all team members are proficient in new and improved processes

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven experience as a QA Process Manager, QA Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on quality practices and standards
  • 3-5 years of experience in QA or related fields, with a focus on process management and improvement
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to assess and improve QA processes
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • In-depth understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and tools, as well as software development principles and practices
  • Proficiency in evidence-based decision-making
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks
  • Experience with quality tooling and continuous improvement practices

Why Pipedrive?

  • A value-driven work environment where people come first
  • A lively bunch of colleagues from over 50 different countries, with offices in Tallinn, Tartu, Lisbon, Prague, London, Dublin, New York, Florida, Riga and Berlin
  • A team serious about getting things done while not taking ourselves too seriously
  • A world-class working environment full of perks like parties, craft workshops, snacks and, of course, office dogs
  • Flexible working hours as long as you’re there for your team members
  • Freedom to execute your ideas with a passionate and motivated team supporting you
  • Lots of room for personal and career development, with internal and external training opportunities
  • Competitive salary and bonus system and all the benefits you’d expect from a great employer (health and accident insurance, health days, a quarterly contribution to sports, in-house coaches, employee discounts and more)

  • Pipedrive is an equal opportunity employer. We encourage diversity in the workplace regardless of age, gender, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or veteran status.
