Responsibilities
- Support applications on medium to large-scale software projects and deliveries.
- Develop enhancements or configure existing applications to improve efficiency or meet new requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve L1 & L2 operational issues reported by end-users, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases and system enhancements, executing test cases and ensuring identified issues are resolved before deployment.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals and specifications, to support software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze recurring problems, contributing to process improvements and system optimizations.
- University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (MSc in Computer Science is a plus).
- Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher
- Very good understanding and experience in Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
- Familiarity with web apps, mainly in Angular as front-end and .NET Core as backend
- Familiarity with integration / functional / UI Automation testing is a plus
- Good knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic business requirements.
- Excellent command of Greek & English language
