QA NPD EngineerAbout the job:
- Enforce Compliance: Ensure adherence to work instructions, safety, security, company policies, and quality/environmental standards (QMS, EMS, ISO, IATF 16949, Sony Green, etc.).
- Performance Management: Set goals, evaluate NPD Projects Key Product and Process Indicators.
- Team Leadership: Coach, train, and develop team members; promote discipline, motivation, and skill development.
- Daily Operations: Track key performance indicators for assigned NPD projects.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve NPD Projects Quality issues using tools like Six Sigma; implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Accident Analysis: Investigate workplace accidents and implement corrective actions.
- New Product Development (NPD):
- Ensure compliance with the NPD 5 Phase Deliverables.
- Validate material, process, and product per automotive standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis, generate Control Plans, and test analysis (Phases 3 & 4).
- Incorporate lessons learned and ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
- Coordinate with Product Quality for Safe Launch.
- Process Improvement: Lead and support KPI improvement and quality issues resolution.
- Support Tasks: Assist in activities aligned with company quality goals.
About you:
- Graduate of any Engineering Courses
- 0-2 years of work experience in an electronics / automotive electronics manufacturing company
- Has good Human relations and leadership skills;
- Well-versed in statistical tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Six Sigma Green Belt certified is an advantage
- Extensive experience in using QC Tools and 8D report
- SOLID experience in the following areas: Control Plan, SPC and FMEA, New Product Introduction / New Product Development, Reliability Test, Design of Experiments
