QA Manager

ProArch is looking for a QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage QA processes, standards, metrics, and methodologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate integration of QA with the development team to ensure product quality through the development life cycle.
• Strong Knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test Processes, Practices, Tools & Techniques
• Designing Test Strategies, Plan, Processes from scratch in Agile & Waterfall model projects.
• Good knowledge on Manual & Automation Testing(at-least one tool preferably: Selenium)
• Well-versed in various testing techniques, that include unit testing, system testing, integration testing etc., should have the ability in these areas to design effective testing strategies.
• Participate in architectural designs from testing perspective(in the discovery phase) and propose solutions to testing challenges in the test process.
• Ability to design testing strategies that is in-line with product architecture and future roadmap.
• Receive constructive feedback from client and articulate them into process improvements.
• Participate in the POC's and evaluate the Testing Process, prepare the necessary documentation, metrics.

• 12+ years of experience in QA/testing roles; 2+ years in a managerial or lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Basic understanding/knowledge on Security & Performance Testing(Not Mandatory, but good to have)
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
