About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated QA Manager to join us within the R&D department's Quality group. You will lead and mentor a team of test engineers, and ensuring seamless communication, synchronization of efforts, and sharing of best practices across distributed teams. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design, develop, and implement a wide array of tests. Oversee the defect management process, ensuring on time identification, tracking, and resolution of issues. Oversee and give the final go/no-go for product releases, ensuring that the product meets the required quality. Ensure comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, defect reports, and other relevant metrics for future reference.

You Will:

  • Lead and manage QA engineers across several global teams, working Agile
  • Deep dive into feature requirements and designs, implement efficient quality methodologies to ensure QA standards.
  • Develop and execute test strategies and test plans with a focus on optimized coverage across work streams.
  • Conduct an analysis of feature requirements and specifications to ensure test coverage and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression, and develop test plans and cases.
  • Develop, maintain, communicate, and present quality status, KPI and metrics.
  • Help with hands-on tasks according to team capacity and priorities.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards, methodologies, metrics, and best practices, ensuring adherence across all aspects of the QA process.
  • Lead daily meetings and scrum rituals within the team.
  • Lead the QA recruiting process, by identifying and onboarding the QA teams.
  • Promote a spirit of collaboration across teams and individuals.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in the QA field
  • 4+ years in a QA Team Lead role.
  • Experience in testing B2C products (specifically Applications) and complicated backend systems.
  • Demonstrate profound and well-rounded knowledge of various QA methodologies, tools, and processes, showcasing expertise in driving software quality.
  • Experience with QA processes and methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing them effectively and creating high impact on the organization quality.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle and release management process in scrum
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Good written and communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in designing and writing QA automation tests using e2e testing framework for web and mobile applications
  • Experience with analytics systems / automated alerts / BI systems
  • Experience leading Tech support team
  • Experience in the fintech industry - Big advantage
  • Experience in working in a global company
