Position Summary
Lead quality assurance across the full lifecycle of data center infrastructure projects, including new builds, expansions, fit-outs, remediation, upgrades, and managed services. Govern quality for rack & stack, copper/fiber cabling, testing, commissioning, documentation, and handover while driving continuous improvement.
Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), QA policies, SOPs, work instructions, inspection plans and acceptance criteria.
Govern quality across greenfield builds, brownfield expansions, technology refreshes, remediation and corrective works.
Establish QA standards for rack installation, rack & stack, structured copper and fiber cabling, containment, grounding, labeling, testing and documentation.
Review build methodologies, construction quality, installation practices and commissioning readiness.
Lead quality inspections throughout design validation, installation, testing, commissioning and customer handover.
Review Fluke, OTDR, insertion loss and certification reports before customer acceptance.
Conduct internal, supplier and customer audits; manage NCR/CAR/PAR, RCA and CAPA.
Ensure as-built documentation, rack elevations, cable schedules and asset records are complete and accurate.
Drive KPI reporting, continuous improvement and lessons learned.
Develop QA training and competency programs for engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
Manage vendor quality and support enterprise and banking customers across APAC.
8–12 years' experience in mission-critical data center infrastructure.
Hands-on experience delivering new data center builds, office build-outs, migration projects, remediation programs and operational support.
Strong knowledge of rack & stack, structured cabling, fiber optics, testing and commissioning.
5+ years leading QA/QC or quality governance teams.
