The QA Lead owns the quality of our software products end to end—leading the testing organization, setting the test strategy, and championing a culture of quality across engineering. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical depth in test automation with people management and cross-functional influence. You will be the final quality gate before release and the person leadership turns to for an honest read on whether the product is ready to ship.

• Establish meaningful QA metrics (escape rate, coverage, cycle time) and report on them.
• Standardize and continuously improve testing processes across teams.
• Align QA objectives with product roadmaps and broader business goals.
Team Management:
• Mentor, coach, and grow a team of QA engineers across experience levels.
• Plan sprint work and assign daily testing tasks against priorities.

• Design comprehensive test plans for new features and releases.
• Review test cases for coverage, accuracy, and maintainability.

Automation & Technology:
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and shared libraries.
• Evaluate and introduce new testing tools and technologies.
• Optimize test integration within CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback.
• Drive down manual testing effort through smart automation.
