Role overviewAs a QA Lead, you will own Muvr’s quality assurance strategy and ensure our platform meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and usability. You will lead testing efforts across web and mobile products, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, and drive best practices in test automation and release quality.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building QA systems, leading teams, and ensuring products are ready for real-world scale.
Key Responsibilities- Lead QA strategy, processes, and execution across Muvr’s platform
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and release readiness checklists
- Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks and CI testing pipelines
- Collaborate with engineers to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs efficiently
- Ensure quality across customer, driver, and operational-facing applications
- Monitor production issues and implement preventive QA improvements
- Mentor QA engineers and promote a culture of quality across teams
Required
- 5+ years of QA experience, including leadership or ownership of QA functions
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices
- Experience testing web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in logistics, mobility, or marketplace platforms
- Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development processes
- Experience building QA practices in fast-growing startup environments
- Own quality and reliability for a fast-growing logistics marketplace
- High-impact role shaping testing strategy and product stability
