Job Description

• Provide leadership and direction to the QA team, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with project goals and timelines. 

• Take ownership of small to mid-sized projects, effectively performing the dual role of Scrum Master and/or Project Manager to drive project execution, remove roadblocks, and support agile development practices. 

• Work collaboratively with the Project Management Office (PMO) to align on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, contributing to a cohesive and efficient project delivery process.  

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results 

•  Evaluate product code according to specifications-Create logs to document testing phases and defects 

• Report bugs and errors to development teams 

• Help troubleshoot issues 

• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing 

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle 

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in quality assurance and project management. 

• Proficient in English. 

• Experience managing fixed-price projects. 

• Availability to onboard in May. 

• Fluent English communication skill
