About
the Role
We are
looking for a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance activities for the MSP
program and lead test planning and execution across the initiative.
The role is
responsible for establishing effective testing practices, ensuring appropriate
test coverage, and coordinating QA activities to support the delivery of
high-quality and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA activities across the
MSP program.
- Define and oversee test
planning, execution, and governance activities.
- Establish testing strategies,
processes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate test execution and
ensure appropriate test coverage across features and releases.
- Monitor testing progress,
identify risks, and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development,
product, and other technical teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement
of QA processes and testing practices.
- Manage and provide guidance to
QA team members.

Functional Skills
- Test Planning & Execution: Strong ability to plan,
coordinate, and oversee testing activities.
- QA Governance: Ability to establish testing
standards, processes, and quality practices.
- Team Management: Ability to lead, coordinate,
and support QA team members.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify quality
risks and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively
with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Test Automation: Playwright and automated
testing practices.
- Test Management: Jira and Zephyr for test
planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Cross-Browser Testing: BrowserStack and experience
validating applications across browsers and devices.
Skills Required
