Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping everything in its right place? We're looking for a friendly and proactive QA Intern to join our team. This position is a full-time Fixed term - (6 months) role. In this role, you will be the backbone of our document management system, helping us maintain an efficient, organized, and smooth-running office. Shift

Day Shift (Monday – Friday) 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning Documents: You'll be the scanning pro, ensuring that physical documents are digitized with precision, allowing us to keep everything accessible and organized in a digital format.
  • Uploading Documents into Zen: You'll upload scanned documents into Zen, making sure everything is securely stored and easily retrievable for the team when they need it most.
  • Filing: Keeping files neat and orderly is your superpower. You'll maintain a well-structured filing system (both physical and digital) so everyone knows exactly where to find what they need.
  • Perform Checks: You’ll take extra care in reviewing documents to ensure everything is accounted for and that files are complete and properly organized.
  • Purging Documents: We all know clutter is the enemy. You'll be responsible for purging outdated or unnecessary documents while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and maintaining the integrity of our systems.

EXECUTION/ACCOUNTABILITY – A willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions.  Accountability is when an individual or a department experiences consequences for their performance or actions. 

CUSTOMER ORIENTATION – The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one’s external or internal customers. Identifies and prioritizes customer needs and recognizes constraints.  Seeks to find out more about customers and provide better service.  Is professional, reliable and delivers on promises.  Brings a competitive focus to customer.

  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to easily learn new software and tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using document management systems like Zen
  • Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple tasks at once
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with different teams
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
