Design, develop, and deploy ETL workflows using Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration)
Build scalable data pipelines integrating multiple data sources (databases, APIs, flat files)
Implement data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment logic
Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability
Design and execute test strategies, test cases, and test plans for ETL workflows
Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation
Develop automated and reusable validation queries/scripts
Implement and monitor data quality rules and checks
Identify, log, and track defects; ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements
Participate in UAT support, release validation, and production verification
Ensure adherence to data governance and data quality standards
Maintain detailed technical and test documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement of ETL and QA processe
4–6 years of experience in ETL development and data testing
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IICS (Cloud Data Integration)
Proficiency in SQL for both development and data validation
Experience in data warehousing concepts (SCDs, star/snowflake schemas)
Strong understanding of ETL testing methodologies and QA lifecycle
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and profiling techniques

Exposure to test automation frameworks for data pipelines
Knowledge of Python or scripting for automation and validation
