Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Create and manage test plans, test scenarios, and test documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python and JavaScript.
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, primarily using GitLab CI/CD.
- Validate build, deployment, and release processes across multiple environments.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot test and staging environments.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure software quality.
- Monitor application behavior and assist in production issue investigations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
- Support deployment packaging, environment setup, and release validation activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Strong Python programming skills for test automation and tooling.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with Git and GitLab for version control and collaboration.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD.
- Solid Linux/Unix system administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience writing and maintaining Bash scripts.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Experience with regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
