We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quality assurance processes, excellent documentation skills, and a strong understanding of SQL. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by meticulously designing, executing, and documenting test plans and strategies, and ensuring positive user experience.
Responsibilities- Simulate customer behaviors and find ways to improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain QA documentation, including STD (Software Test Description), STP (Software Test Plan), STS (Software Test Specification), and STR (Software Test Report).
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product functionality and performance.
- Perform manual testing to identify, document, and track bugs and defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate and analyze data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Proven experience in creating and managing QA documentation (STD, STP, STS, STR).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in writing queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a strong advantage.
- Experience with MixPanel or Snowflake is a strong advantage.
