Key Responsibilities
Perform manual functional testing of healthcare applications, with a focus on EHR workflows and clinical modules.
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to develop comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test execution records in Azure DevOps (ADO).
Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure system quality and stability.
Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring proper defect lifecycle management.
Validate clinical workflows, patient data handling, and system integrations in alignment with healthcare standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Support release validation and regression testing cycles to maintain product reliability.
Contribute to test process improvements and ensure adherence to established QA best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in manual software testing.
Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for:
Test case management
Test execution
Defect tracking
Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to understand clinical workflows and healthcare application functionality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
